Vacation in style in this newly constructed 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeping 4 across a king-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This upscale unit features hardwood radiant heat flooring, a private balcony with gorgeous up-close views of the Blue River and surrounding mountains, a private in-unit washer and dryer, and modern furnishings throughout. The brand-new Apres Shores complex offers guests quick and easy access to all of the shops, restaurants, and conveniences of Silverthorne, while still being close to everything else Summit County has to offer. Including ski resorts like Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A-Basin. Plus golf courses like Keystone River, Keystone Ranch, Breckenridge, Raven Golf Club. World class fly fishing is available via the Blue River, just steps away, and so much more.

As you enter the condo, you will find hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The elegant living area features a corner-fit gas fireplace, mounted smart TV, vaulted ceilings, and huge windows delivering incredible natural light and beautiful alpine and river views. The inviting furniture offers plenty of comfortable seating for your whole group, the main couch folds out for an additional sleeping option and the full-size washer and dryer are located in a hallway closet between the primary bedroom and bathroom. Additional sheets and pillows can be found in the hallway closet.

Prepare delicious meals from “home” in the premium full-sized kitchen which comes equipped with quartz countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to dine in and the breakfast bar comfortably seats four. Step out onto the private balcony located just off the living area and soak in the sights and sounds of the Blue River, just feet away from you. Throughout your stay, take advantage of the unit's private washer and dryer, located in a closet near the entryway.

The primary bedroom is situated just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, a large wall-mounted smart TV, a workspace, and an oversized picture frame window. Fall asleep to the peaceful sounds of the Blue River flowing just outside. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and offers a large single-sink vanity with quartz countertops and a combined bath and shower. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high-quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. Featuring an uncompromising and industry-leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

Beautiful new condo in a great location in Silverthorne , CO

This is a great, new, very clean condo with a wonderful view and calming sounds of the Blue River. Perfect size for a couple looking to get away, only draw back is a lack of place for clothes, two large night stands, but no dresser or closet…and no luggage stand for a suitcase or two.

Beautiful Condo - Great location

This is a great condo - all new....well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. It would be nice to have more space to put clothes. Only had 4 drawers and small space in the utility closet to hang clothes. It would be great if there were more clothes hooks (on back of the doors and in the bedroom and/or hall by the washer). Extra blankets that were stored in the utility closet needed washing. It would have also been nice to have an all purpose cleaner to be able to wipe down the kitchen counters after meals. Probably need to have a shoe tray at the front door to put ski boots. Overall this was a really nice place to stay with a great view of the river.

Had a great time. Building work didn’t cause any issues. Great view over the river. Silverthorn is well located for access to a number of resorts. Only small gripe would be the lack of storage units for clothes etc.

The property was so cute and cozy. It was so close to the grocery store and a big target right across the street for anything you forget! The condo was new and was very clean! The back of the condo was facing the river it was so peaceful! We def will be staying here again.

Christmas getaway in the mountains

This property is stunning with the balcony facing the blue river it was serene. Great by yourself or with friends or family. Property management was very nice and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. This was our first time in town in a condo versus outskirts in a cabin and it definitely changed the game for us!

Almost perfect

This property was good for the price. It has the basics. The bed is comfortable. There are no additional pillows or blankets even. The parking spot is close but in a lot full of nails from the construction. For what it’s worth, the construction was not a nuisance.

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing

Newly constructed condo next to the river made for a very comfortable stay, and Silvers are in Colorado. Check-in was very easy and rental company was willing to extend our stay when requested. I will say I had not experienced such a lengthy pre-stay process such as Reviewing and signing an agreement prior to the stay for the rental company. But besides that it was very comfortable and clean and enjoyed our stay.

Easy and Efficient

Apres Shores clearly takes their reviews seriously as any issue noted in prior reviews wasn't present with our stay. Check in was easy and exactly as described. The location kind of sneaks up on you but once you know where it is, easy in and out from there on. Sitting on the deck next to the river was quite nice! For 2 people it was just enough space and amenities for a few nights stay.
