"Very nice place"

"The hotel is fine, just not very clean. The linens in our first room were dirty and there was a large stain on the chair. We asked to change rooms and they did change it with no problem. We had a 3 night reservation and only stayed 1 night just because it was pretty dirty. We ended up staying at the Spring Hill suites around the corner for our remaining 2 nights. I will say the staff were very friendly."

"This hotel was so beautiful and well kept! They upgraded my rooms out of the blue to suites and they were phenomenal! The beds are so soft and the pillows perfectly firm, yet squishy. The pool was great but crowded, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely eould book again."

"Room wasn’t the cleanest. I found a fork and some lip gloss that wasn’t ours by one of the tables. The bathroom door had wood chipping off of it. The pool was COLD! Cold enough that we were all shivering in it. But the breakfast was fantastic and the staff was super friendly. The parking was very convenient."

"there was NO staff. especially front desk staff. They are using a Kiosk which is not a lot of help when I tried to check in I was told that my room wasn't ready and that they were waiting for housekeeping to update the list which they said could take a few hours, But if they would have had frontdesk staff they would have been able to check to see if the rooms were clean. "This hotel looks grand in the lobby, but is becoming run down. The carpet was bad, rooms are older and damp. Elevators were grimy."

"We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle. It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep."
