"Good for a place to sleep. Not ideal for any central place to gather in unit. This is an upstairs space and AC is via a window vented portable unit in one bedroom and there isn’t one in the 2nd bedroom. So you have to keep doors open and the unit is loud to sleep with. Floor fans would help to circulate air throughout. Enclosed porch/seating area was too warm to be functional. Aroma from kitchen below in the main house filled the space. "This above-business apartment is a great stay for anyone who is in town for a few days. The location was great, amenities great, and Omaha was great. Things to know about this property- the entrance to the apartment is on the business side of building (where cars are parked), the stairs up are steep, and the road noise in master bedroom is real (earplugs are not necessary but do make it more peaceful of a rest)."
