"I loved staying with them and getting to know them. They are lovely, honest, hard working people and their property is well maintained, clean and spacious. If I could change a few things. Do not allow smoking in the balconies. The rest of us who don’t smoke suffocate with windows open and no one came to Thailand to stay with windows closed. Parking bikes outside people’s entrances is another issue. There were times I didn’t have access to my property especially as I needed to bring my bicycle in...

"La playa preciosa y el resort está justo en ella. Los restaurantes cierran muy pronto y para tomar algo está todo un poco lejos. Hay que coger taxi. El baño tiene el techo abierto lo que hace que haya bichos. El servicio super amable. Todos los días tienes agua en la habitación toallas limpias para ducha y playa, etc."

"Nice resort on beachfront. We had a superior Seaview room which was very comfortable.
Glad we didn’t take a bungalow as we were told they were noisy with lots of mosquitos. Lovely pool with lots of sun lounges and more sun lounges on the beach. Close to everything including shops restaurants and food markets. Enjoyed staying here and extended our stay for another 5 nights."

"Recomiendo a todos los que tengáis dudas ir a este hotel...la habitacion (cogimos la más normalita) es enorme y con todo muy nuevo y cuidado. Cuando llegamos a la piscina nos quedamos alucinados ya que,además de las instalaciones del hotel y de las impresionantes vistas, tenían de 13 a 20 (o algo así) un Dj que hacía que te quedaras tumbado en la cama balinesa todo el dia como sino existiera mañana...una maravilla!!!!la única pega es que los precios del restaurante es algo caro en comparacion...

Some units require the use of steep stairs, and some tile work shows signs of age. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean, comfortable, well decorated and well supplied with a mini-bar and other amenities.

Staff were friendly. Water provided in the fridge. Transfers also available but a little pricey. Lots of road noise depending on which room you have.

"Lo mejor, la comida y el servicio del personal. Lo peor, sensación de hotel desgastado, áreas sucias, exteriores descuidados en zonas, aparcamiento lleno de material de reforma, no hay ascensor (está en construcción) . Todas las habitaciones cerca de la instalación del ascensor tienen ruidos permanentes, además ese edificio está muy descuidado.
Deberían acotar la estancia solo a las zonas donde no se vea afectado el descanso por estas reformas.
Una de las piscinas tiene una zona muy descuidada y sucia. Las toallas de piscina tienen manchas de desgaste y lejía, son detalles a cuidar en un hotel 5 estrellas.
El personal es amable, eso suma. "
