"If you plant to trip Venezia, it is good option to stay in Mestre. This hotel located near to station, supermarket and restaurants. Hotel seems newly builted, room condition is very nice It also has parking lot too. If I visit Venezia later, I will consider this hotel for accomodation in my 1st option. Thanks"

"This was an amazing hotel to stay in Venice. The location is close to all the major attractions, restaurants, shopping. There's a cafe arund the corner for breakfest. Our room was grand, clean and stylish. We're a family of four, we stayed in the Girasole room, there was tons is space to stretch out. The stocked fridge and fruit was a great welcome. Anyone staying here must take a water taxi to the hotel! Great way to start and finish your trip. I'll definitely stay here again."

"Reception guy is very nice. We were very late like we reached 12:30 but they r nice and they helped us. It was neat and clean but there was no towels but they already told us abt the towels so we bring ours. Otherwise everything was great. 1st night there was no neighbour and it was quiet but the 2nd day 1 family came they bother us a lot."

"The staff were incredible, they were so easy to communicate with and took time to explain how the unit worked and booked us a water taxi. The unit was spotless, quiet and in an incredible location in Venice. We had a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Included a simple breakfast. Would stay here again. "

"This property was fantastic! It was everything we were hoping for. We stayed here for most of a week and it was a wonderful spot for exploring Venice and the larger lagoon region.The main floor balcony and sitting area over the grand canal were wonderful for morning and evening lounging and watching the taxis, vaporetto, and gondolas go by. "Very nice and comfortable apartment. Great location. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not have the breakfast but walked about 30 feet from our apartment to a cafe for coffee and pastries. Very convenient."

Il y a encore une vraie vie de quartier populaire . Nous avons pu profiter des conseils de la Signora Viviana qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et avec beaucoup de compétence ."

"We had an amazing start in the apartments!! Communication was exceptional and we even received a welcome gift of a complimentary drink at the hotel nearby. The location was perfect!! Close enough to the “big” attractions but far enough away to experience non-touristy areas too. "
