"The property was super clean and comfortable."

"The home was super clean and spacious. The front desk staff contacted us before our arrival and were super attentive. Location is perfect as it’s in a nice community and 20 mins from tubing or skiing. Downtown Truckee is only 10 mins away."

"What a great house! Well maintained. The interior is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need or want. It’s spacious with modern appliances and really cool stuff to make your stay comfortable and satisfying. Our host anticipated an unusual cold snap and notified us they had added extra firewood for our stay. (Nice touch). We will definitely stay again! Thank you Shaun and Bill."

"Great place, great location. Main room was roomy and cozy. Owners were very responsive and extremely accomodating. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much. We ended up mistakenly taking one of their pillows home with us and they were very understanding and patient about getting it returned to them!"

There was access to the river behind the house but not really a place to layout, I am also not sure if it was part of someone's property. "Having a private dock was great but this dock was incredible. The house was very well laid out, well stocked, and the owners labeled mostly everything so that it was easy to find. The stairs where challenging (one of the guests counted 50 steps to the main entry) but the view and serenity made it worth it. Several more steps down to the dock but, again, worth it (just be prepared and have your fitness watch ready). Having access to the two car garage was also a plus."
