With the snow over the weekend, Scott was nice enough to plow the driveway for us on the Sunday morning. Everything was great! We used the firepit, the sleds, the pool table. Only downside is no cell coverage in the area, but WiFi was enough for us! They had Roku, lots of games, and plenty of space to accommodate my group of 22 people. "While it was a cold and damp memorial day weekend the home was nice and cozy. The house offers amazing views of the river and it was so relaxing. The property was extremely private which was exactly what we were looking for. We had a mishap while cooking at the house and Bob and Amy were very understanding that accidents sometimes happens. "

"This was our second year in a row at this property. The owner does a great job of communicating and the cabin is very clean and is in a great location. I highly recommend it"

"We stayed here during week 11 of the Cooperstown All Star Village tournament. It’s about 25 minutes away but it is an easy drive and the peaceful, quiet, country setting was amazing. Check in was seemless and the house was as picturesd"

"The house was beautiful and even bigger than we expected. The grounds around the house (sheltered patio, fire pit, pool, etc.) were a delightful addition to our group’s stay as well. The host was very nice and made the check in and check out process very easy. The only issue we faced was that the house got very warm as the house is not air conditioned, though there were a few floor AC units and fans available. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future."

"My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"

"I want to start by saying we gave feedback to the owner and he was receptive. When we checked in the place was not fully cleaned. Bathrooms were dirty. The one good fry pan had baked on food, floors were dirty. The place itself is nice and is still being worked on. Comfortable living area. Rustic. Lovely views from 2nd floor. There is no paved driveway, so if it is raining there is mud. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels/linens. Very close to Bainbridge and convenient for the Clinton...
