"Check in and out was smooth. Home and property was beautiful and well maintained. My boys enjoyed using the kayak and fishing in the lake. Communication with host was extremely easy. Very enjoyable stay!"

"New renovations were a plus! Very comfortable with 9 adults. Definitely recommend. Comfortable primary bed. You can tell the home is lived in and cared for versus just an income property so that was lovely. Beautiful view. Location was good for our needs. "

"We stayed here with 4 adults and two children while my son played in a tournament at Allstar Village. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. Making meals were somewhat challenging because the lack of utensils and the grill was a mess. Other than that everything was perfect. "

"The cabin was perfect for the weekend we had planned. It's clean and well stocked, pictures don't do it justice. The grounds are beautiful and the river access is excellent for wading. It's a quiet and peaceful retreat and Andy is an excellent host. We'll be back!"

"August 9 - 16Extended family reunion. 18 adults and 2 children staying in 4 cabins on the property. Plenty of rooms and beds for all to sleep comfortably. Well equiped kitchens. Limited kitchen facilities in club house, however we had most of our group meals in Eagle Manor. Lots of activities for all ages between 2 pools and game lodge.A note to baby boomers - found out the site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival is only a 1 hour drive in Bethal,NY. Interesting museum there with artifacts and...
