A lovely 2 bedroom holiday chalet in a rural setting just 15 minutes from the beach. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this lovely cottage close to Sidmouth has all the amenities needed, and more than enough space for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The Space:
A lovely rural retreat, situated within a peaceful holiday park, this modern chalet is the perfect base to make the most of the Devon coast. The open plan living space features floor to ceiling windows, and skylights which bathe the room in natural light. There's a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything required to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, large sofa, armchair and a smart Tv. The sliding glass doors lead out on to the terrace and there is a picnic bench where you can dine al fresco in the summer months. There are 2 spacious bedrooms - one double and one twin, both with plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds made up with crisp hotel linen. The master bedroom also has large glass doors that open out in to the garden. The large family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is free wifi throughout the chalet.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the chalet.
The Neighborhood:
Set in a quiet holiday park just outside Sidmouth, it's just a 15 minute walk to Weston Beach, a clean and safe beach where you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the summer months, and some lovely coastal walks. It's just a 10 minute drive in to Sidmouth, where you will find an array of shops, restaurants and. There is also Sidmouth town beach, where you can arrange a number of water sports and activities during summer. There is also a large Waitrose supermarket for your groceries.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, the nearest beach is just 15 minutes walk away. Sidmouth is a 10 minute drive away, or there is also a local bus that you can get from the nearby main road. Exeter airport is just a 25 minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
This property accepts dogs for an additional fee of £10 per night.
Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
