"This place was one of the best places we have ever stayed at. It's the cutest tiny home with all the accommodations you can think of! The owner even left a thank you card with banana nut bread for us! There was everything you need including coffee, drinks, food, spices, etc. The porch is screened in, has lights for nighttime, and a ceiling fan. It was raining a lot the day we stayed so this was perfect for us! Also we wanted to fish and the owner let us use the boat dock, its a little hike down...

"It was such a magical get away. Loved the property, the quiet, the peace. Spent a whole day enjoying the canoe and fishing, caught some kitty cats, huge brim, large mouth striped bass, we were gentle and let them go. Enjoyed all the different platforms around the property. The tree house was magical also. And of course James was wonderful. Highly recommended. Next time i hope to enjoy the fire pit, just too hot this time. With the land so wooded didnt realize it was 90 on the water."

"The location is perfect. I would have given 5 stars on everything but there was no internet which was clearly stated that there would be. No big deal we maxed out our HotSpot data lol! One other thing is that the beds are in the lofts only. The A/C does not push the cold air up there, it was hot the first night, so we went and got a small fan to push the cold air up and it worked out great. So bring a fan with you. No issues other than the above and they were no deal breakers, we loved this...

The rocking chairs on the porch quickly became our favorite hangout—morning coffee just hits different with that view!This place had everything we needed and more. Best of all, it was quiet!!!Y’all have created a cozy, welcoming retreat, and we’re so glad we found it. Wishing you nothing but good times, great sunsets, and lots of joy out here in Whorton Bend. "

"The property and pond was maintained excellent. The house had all the things and more for cooking and taking care of clothes. Enjoyed walks around the pond and the animals and fish. Enough shade in day time to enjoy outdoors and quite nights. Quiet getaway and only fifteen minutes from the harbor. Definitely will be visiting again. Home owners very nice and worked with us to come day early. Fire pit was perfect in the evenings."
