"It is a service apartment marketed as a hotel. Check in process was extremely confusing. You have to find the one of 30 companies that market the apartments. No one to help and no one cares. Apartment was dirty - bedsheets had stains and rowels smelled and looked dirty. Avoid with a passion"

"Very bad hotel I say give 2 towels but they give only 1 and say we have only 1 towel for one room Bad Staff behaviour Drop water from AC then room dirty I wait 1 hour in reception Waste of money please don’t go If negative star rating possible then i give multiple negative stars for this hotel"

"The rooftop pool only had 2 beds next to it - and it was very small. We wanted to use it but there was nowhere to sit or put our things. Rooftop bar was lovely though and staff were very helpful."
