  • Upon stepping foot onto this property, you'll be greeted by the stunning sight of the azure blue sea and the majestic Whitsunday Islands stretching out before you—a true picture-perfect view.

    With its private pool, balconies, and two deck areas, you'll have plenty of options to relax and unwind. Whether you want to bask in the sea breeze, admire breath-taking sunsets, or simply chill out, you'll be spoiled for choice.

    Plus, there's space for a small boat, ideal for fishing trips, with the added bonus of cooking up your fresh catch on the BBQ.

    Spread across two levels, this home features a full kitchen, lounge, and dining area on each floor. The top level hosts one bedroom with an ensuite, while the bottom level accommodates two additional bedrooms and a bathroom/laundry. This layout offers an ideal setup for friends or families, providing separate spaces and cooking facilities between the upper and lower levels. There is an external staircase to access the 2 levels.

    Nestled in Shute Harbour, this retreat allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of Airlie Beach. Instead, you can unwind in the serene peninsula, surrounded by lush greenery and the tranquil azure blue of the Coral Sea.

    That being said, Airlie Beach is just a quick 10-minute drive or taxi ride away, ensuring you're never far from the charming array of restaurants, boutique shops, and the Port of Airlie, your gateway to the tours that explore the surrounding islands and the Great Barrier Reef.

    Please be aware that the spa is currently unavailable for guests and is empty of water.

Loved waking up each morning looking out to the islands. The home was fully equipped with everything you need. We took our 7 metre boat as the property had off the street parking for both our car and boat. The pool was lovely to cool off in which also had great views. It’s about a 10 min drive into Airlie to the shops and restaurants and boat ramp. Will be perfect when the Shute harbour boat ramp is complete for those who wanting a fishing boat holiday. Would love to book again in the future.

Fabulous location to stay out of the busy area of Airlie Beach. Close to the marina for our activities. Perfect to just relax at the house by the pool with spectacular views.
