"I booked through Expedia. Upon checking in I was informed that my “included” breakfast would be automatically deducted from my bill when I checked out. That was not the case however and I had to call the property to have the included breakfast removed from my bill a day after checking out. If I had not caught this error, I would have been charged 65 extra dollars. That is a serious lapse in service. A protocol should be put in place so that does not happen to other customers. Thanks!"

"Pros- the staff was very nice, the AC kept the room cold and the fridge worked great. Cons- The grounds and pool area was dirty and had trash everywhere. The hotel had a rank smell outside. "Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting."
