"息子の結婚式（下鴨神社）を挟んで家内と4月9日から13日まで4泊しました。チェックインからチェックアウトまで我々の様々な要望に対するスタッフの方々の細かい対応、朝食（和洋2回づつ）の内容、和食は温かい状態でのサーブや2回目は内容が異なり味も大変美味しく、客室も清潔でアメニティも充実しており久しぶりに完璧で素晴らしいホテルだと思いました。ヒルトングループになるとの事ですが、この丁寧な対応が引き継がれるかどうか心配です。因みに私はヒルトンゴールドですので次回確かめに泊まりたいと思います。"

"We LOVED this place. It was very modern and spacious. The bathing space looked brand spanken new, with a beautiful shower / tub and sink. That was separate from the bathroom, which had a wonderful bidet style toilet. The beds were large and comfortable, and there was a huge window that ran the length of the wall for plenty of light and views."

"4-star rated, but no restaurant on premises, no room service, no toiletries in my bathroom, no water bottles in room, no view from my room except a tall brick wall, room noise from outside of hotel room, restaurants nearby but not very good, staff not very helpful. Not recommended!"
