"Check in was easy and the renter was easy to contact. Clean property on a quiet road. Very cozy place to stay near the town and river but still nice and quiet place to relax between activities."

"3 night stay, the Host is available next door but respects your privacy. Is willing to refill your firewood for outside fires within the ring. Outside charcoal grill available for use. Close proximity to obtain use of the Clarion river. Plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable inside. Big front porch, which is great for socializing.I’ve been renting this place forGetaways twice a year for the past 10 years. "

"Our stay was absolutely amazing! The treehouse was gorgeous, extremely clean and very comfortable during our 2 night stay! The owner was very responsive and communicated well prior to our arrival! I highly recommended this to anyone looking to get away to relax and unplug! "

"very beautiful property. although was not expecting it to be so close to the road. everything was wonderful except for the patio down below has a bee's nest built behind the couch I was stung twice our dog was stung multiple times. the water inside of the camp the hot is cold and the coldest hot the door knob needs fixed just small things minus that we enjoyed our stay"

"This was the perfect break. Completely calm, peaceful, accommodating space. We enjoyed the moss-covered walking paths, and quiet time on the front and back decks. We would gladly return!"

"My husband and I have been going to Tionesta for some time now. He grew up going to a family camp in the area and it is a fabulous place for fishing, hiking, tubing in the summer and just unwinding. There are some extremely nice wineries around the area. This little cabin was adorable and very efficient. The owner was easy to deal with and anxious to please. Unfortunately, it rained for our entire stay, but we still had a great time, and this little camp was a large part of the reason why. Very...

"We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy....

"We loved staying in the Tree House, our visit with Charlie and the little cat! Was a little confused by the website saying to bring your own sheets and towels though, we had brought all that stuff and it was in the cabin, we just used the ones we brought. Hot tub was a nice relaxing time for myself. We would recommend you and probably be staying again in the future. Thank you for a good weekend away, it was much needed!"
