"Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great having a convenience store inside the hotel! Right across the road from the train station, and only a few stops to Disneyland and Tokyo city centre, so an excellent choice for convenience, coupled with being in a quieter location."

"As people NOT visiting Tokyo Disneyland the location is a bit isolated, though the nearby (less than a 5 minutes walk) Shiomi Station connects one quickly to the rest of the immense city. Beautiful onsen facilities, a very good quality breakfast option, & the staff are friendly & helpful. Rooms are smart & spacious. 👍👍 A good grocery store & several good restaurants are also steps away (Excellent burgers etc @ SHIOMI SKIPPERS' & Indian food @ Darjeeling Spice Shiomi), with more coming shortly...

"東京駅から３駅と近く、価格も安いので、出張で利用させてもらってます。 フロントの方々は、チェックインの際、いつも丁寧に誘導して下さり、とても好感が持てます。 大浴場も魅力の一つですが、チェックインが遅くなると深夜までかなり混んでいます。 先日泊まった時は、廊下で子供達が大声で叫んだり走ったり、自分達の部屋のドアを叩いたりと、かなりうるさかったので、WEB会議の声が聞こえにくかった為、可能ならば、出張フロアと家族連れのフロアが分かれていれば嬉しいなと感じました。"

"Very clean hotel, nice (smaller)rooms - wonderful shower. Pillows are awful - they become 2 cm thin after not very long. I asked the night auditor for 4 extra pillows (2 for each of us), and his questioning of the request was totally weird and just not necessary. He asked me why I needed 4 pillows, and told me that was too many to ask for. I didn’t understand why he was questioning me about this, but he explained to me that they have only so many extra pillows. He then negotiated me down to...
