"Hotel was Amazing , clean no bedbugs and really close to the station as a central location in Kyoto it was brilliant. Hotel staff were friendly the included breakfast at the Buffet was extremely enjoyable lots of choice. Really enjoyed my stay . My only bug bear was i ate Dinner one time in the restaurant and for what i got i could have got the same thing and quality cheaper at Kyoto station porta Dining. Still the food was nice."

"The property is spotless, comfortable, modern, the bed is comfortable and l loved the onsen. My only area that needs improvement is the customet service. The reception staff dont acknowledge your presence, they dont ask you if you need help, they assume guests know where things are, or how to use the hot water, cofffee etc. They are not helpful, not kind, l stayed for 4 nights and not one smile or hello from a staff member. "ダイワロイネットホテルは、出張で全国で宿泊しています。温泉があるのは珍しいので、利用しました。ハイシーズンだったせいか、お風呂はすごく混んでいて、入浴前の掛け湯をするために5人も並んでいて、びっくりしました。早朝もあっという間にいっぱいになりました。お風呂場にタオルがふんだんにおいてあり、風呂上がりの無料アイスも美味しくいただきました。次回は人混みの少ない時期にゆっくり来たいと思います。"

"Extraordinarily courteous and diligent staff made the experience flawless. The facilities themselves were superb, and the on-property restaurant (which I understand makes its own cheese) was surprisingly good. It’s centrally located, so you’re never too far from anything. It’s a wonderful hotel, and would absolutely recommend it for whenever anyone visits Kyoto."
