"Good location for my agenda (East of the River). I appreciate the effort put into making breakfast available, not essential but it was nice. It is a 10 minute walk from the major tourist strips, which is a very good thing in my opinion. The mattresses are on the firm side, and the AC was possessed, but otherwise the rooms are excellent with a great bathroom and very spacious. I was on my own but the room would serve two people comfortably. I have seen some very bad reviews here regarding rude...

"Very nice hotel with luxurious feel, courteous staff and appreciated amenities. The only downside was the street noise and being right across from the fire station - sirens would randomly go off in the middle of the night and wake us up. "

"The location of the hotel was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. But they agreed they have in the lobby. The food taste amazing as well as the restaurant. Food was amazing. The rooms are very clean and modern. The shower was amazing. Have a rain, shower and a shower. This stuff was very helpful and nice"

"Nice location close to downtown area and close to transportation. Quiet with very nice common areas, amenities and friendly staff. The AC in the room could not keep the room cool and the room was very cozy, so that was a surprise. "

"Unique was the hotel room entry card even in the elevator to go into the designated room. Complimentary things was good coffee, toothpaste etc. "

"easy to get to from Kyoto train station and near bus stops. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was great and totally worth it. Onsen was great to wind down after a busy day of walking and sweating. Love that you leave your shoes in lockers next to the lobby and walk around in socks. They also provide clothes you can sleep or walk around the facility in and they have all unlimited matcha tea lattes and are delicious! Highly recommend."

"Very nice hotel in walking distance of shops, restaurants and public transport. Even the imperial palace was only 30 min walk away. The hotel was lovely, although the room was on the first floor and pretty small for 2. "

"O café da manhã era bem completo, porém tivemos 3 experiências diferentes por ir em horários diferentes. E o quarto era confortável, mas a maioria dos amenites ficavam lá no térreo! E tinha umas manchas em cima da cabeceira que pareciam mofo. Mas no geral a experiência foi boa!"
