"Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Can be noisy at night due to activity in ground floor restaurant and outdoor patio. Breakfast options are limited and redundant. Smoking is permitted/tolerated in the restaurant which can detract from the dining experience for non-smokers."

"At first from the other reviews I was expecting the worst. But honestly for a night or a transit, I think this is the best option in Cairo and I’ve been flying there for work for past 10 years (so I know it can be really great or utterly decrepit!). The rooms are clean, comfortable, have all you need. The staff is efficient and do their jobs. Housekeeping was a joy - MARWA WAS THE BEST AND WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR EVERYTHING! The breakfast was very good with fresh tamiya (Egyptian fellafel)...

"The views from the hotel’s panoramic rooms are amazing and the breakfast was of good quality. The hotel is on a main street which is very noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, bring your headphones. Rooms lack proper maintenance. I had to call the front desk several times to send someone to fix things. Even the elevator’s lights were out, so it was pitch black while in it. Beds were comfortable, but all in all a bad experience. "

"Çok yeni bir otel, dolayısıyla da henüz oturmamış kısımlar mevcut. Özellikle odanın ısıtması bulunmuyor, otel de aynı... Restoran çok soğuktu, benim odam da öyle... ısıtıcı sağlanabiliyormuş ancak bana teknik ekip bu bilgiyi vermedi ve odayı ısòtmanın mümkün olmadığını iletti. Sicak su var ancak basınç çok düşük. Bunun dışında lokasyon iyi. Restoran gayet güzel ve yemekler çok lezzetli. Spa henüz açılmamıştı, sauna ve buhar odası aşırı küçük ve dolap bulunmuyor. Yanınızda değerli bir eşya...
