"Very accommodating on my mistake with checking in times! Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities (just mugs missing which were given as soon as they were aware) Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. Location is great. Limited parking is available. "

"On arrival radiator in room not working and still not working when we left after 3 nights . Day 2 we had electric heater provided. Continental breakfast was poor no fruit juices or fresh or fruit cocktail ( or tinned. No bread or toast machine butter or preserves . Small boxes of cereals and unappealing croissants were there. Although this is our personal opinion other guests were saying the same to us. The general Manager was very nice and needs a medal trying to get things sorted . The...

"I booked a garden room which I thought should look over the garden but it didn’t it look over a wall one way and a back yard the other right next to the laundry room all you could hear was the washing machines and dryer. It was a same was a garden room at all. The pool was very cold."

"Fantastic location with lovely views across marshes. Staff welcoming and friendly. Room different to normal but in a positive way! Stayed in Miller room which was part of the actual windmill. Room spacious and comfortable. No problem with parking. Breakfast good. Overall definitely recommend."
