"On arrival radiator in room not working and still not working when we left after 3 nights . Day 2 we had electric heater provided. Continental breakfast was poor no fruit juices or fresh or fruit cocktail ( or tinned. No bread or toast machine butter or preserves . Small boxes of cereals and unappealing croissants were there. "I booked a garden room which I thought should look over the garden but it didn’t it look over a wall one way and a back yard the other right next to the laundry room all you could hear was the washing machines and dryer. It was a same was a garden room at all. The pool was very cold."

"Beautiful hotel, rooms are just stunning and have you everything you could need. They even have little extra add ons in the corridors such as marshmallows for the fire, bath oils etc. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Could not recommend enough"
