"This was a quaint little place and the hosts were lovely people and helped with one very small thing...something wasn't plugged in for me to charge my tech stuff. But, they moved furniture and fixed it very willingly with a smile. The reason for 4 stars is because when I arrived there were drunk people fighting in the parking lot. One of them turned out to be one of the employees. But, still a very nice place."

"Excellent location! Extremely clean and staff was fantastic. We found an area on the carpet in our room that was wet. Appeared to be from the overhead air conditioning unit. Staff offered a new room. We were only staying the one night so we declined the offer. Would highly recommended this beautiful hotel! "

"Check went well, staff was very polite and helpful. While we were leaving for dinner, we noticed about 25 families were getting handed prepackaged meals on an organized manner. During nite we had 2 fire alarm incidents one at midnight and one at 430am. While checking out. We were told this has been an ongoing problem as some of the long term residents were washing clothes wct in their rooms. "

"I loved this older hotel and appreciated how it had been kept in great shape. My room was very quiet and the staff was very helpful. Location downtown was very convenient for dining and the airport. "

"Location is good for many things, but limited things to do by foot without walking some distance from the hotel. It is kind of an island in a big city downtown. But it does have a good place to eat inside, and Starbucks also attached to the hotel. No pool anymore. Parking is expensive but seems fairly safe. It is possible to walk to Federal Hill from the hotel, but you have to cross 3 busy multi-lane streets and see some seedy folks - a group of younger people would have no problems."

"The bedding is so soft, it was heavenly sleep. Large parking spaces, easy to access. The sign is a bit hard to spot from the street. 2 entrances. If your GPS tells you there's a rear entrance, itl lying 😉"
