"Birdsong is an adorable cottage & perfect place for me to stay while in town for several weeks. We were lucky that the flowers on the property were blooming so it was extra pretty! The cottage is close to uptown and 74, and is the perfect size for two people! Marywinn was wonderful and easy to deal with, quick to communicate and I highly recommend her property if you're staying in Shelby! "

"This is such a great place to stay for a family. Debbi and Craig have made the house feel like a home away from home and the farm itself is a wonderland for kids! Getting to interact with the animals and watch them all day makes for great vacation memories! "

"We enjoyed our visit very much even with the crazy storm or wind that caused the TV to go out. We loved the large checker board. The grounds and The Glass Chapel are beautiful. We loved the cabin and will be planning a future stay if the Lord is willing. Our host and her husband were great!!! "

"The 3 days was just not long enough! Our stay was delightful. Standing at the kitchen window and looking at the lake was so relaxing. Sitting on the dock was indescribable. Nice neighborhood to get out and walk my little dog. It was a perfect getaway!!!"

"We had a lovely time staying at Maggie and Joe’s place. It was the perfect spot for us to stay along with our Frenchie as we were in town for Tryon. Clean, beautiful and great hosts! "

"This cabin was vary clean smelled great all the fox decor was so cute. Nice hot tub a lot of games to play and the porch was amazing we hung out there a lot so much seating. Loction was beautiful "

"Wonderful place to stay. Everything was exactly like the description and the owner was very accommodating when we asked to leave a little later on our last day. We could easily walk to nearby shops and food places. Adding an additional standing fan might be a good idea since the smaller bedrooms do not have ceiling fans; otherwise everything was great. "
