"The staff was not very helpful we asked for towels serveral times but none were given to us even after talking with the staff saying they would bring us some. No room service for a two day stay"

"Both persons in the room needed c-pap machines for assisted breathing for night time. Outlets on table were all useless with none working. Had to rearrange sleeping to floor to utlilize the only outlet that was working. Couldn’t find staff after Midnight for assistance. Not a good experience"

"The hotel was ok. It needs updates. But for the price it was decent. The breakfast was not good though but if you need something real quick and don’t have time then it works, again the price is basically what you are getting. The staff was nice. There was trains though at times that was a little disruptive, I didn’t realize we were right by train tracks."

"Very nice property. Our King Junior Suite had plenty of room. There was a nice seating area with a large workspace, TV, fridge, microwave, and sink. King bed was very comfortable. Bedroom had a door, which was nice. Room was clean with adequate amenities. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Only negative was the cooling in the room. We got very warm, as the outside temperature was upper 80s. Room was set to 65 and we were still too warm. Overall, very good and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there...

"The bathroom needs significant updating. There was not shampoo/conditioner available in our room. The rooms are nice sizes and have a couch with a pullout bed for extra people which is nice. "

"A cockroach crawled out from beneath the bed upon arrival. The sheets had NOT been changed prior to our arrival! Totally unacceptable!! Roxie, the check in staff lady, was WONDERFUL! She brought us clean bedding and helped me make the bed as Housekeeping had already left for the day (sadly without doing their job in our room!). Also, we were given a brand new mattress pad still in the package after the supposed clean one from the laundry room was covered in pet hair. There is a terrible problem...

"You can’t even sleep I feel like I’m on the road and you can listen to the the next room people snoring walking all night I didn’t got any sleep the service was terrible the breakfast was terrible too I had a bad experience the bed too was not good at all"

"I could name a number of things, but to save you the reading, when I showered the next morning I held one of the “clean” towels up to the light, it revealed faint yellow stains from another guests piss. I dried off with my clean underwear :)"
