"Very nice property and polite staff. Unfortunately it was very crowded with construction companies and workers that would eat a lot of food causing shortages. Also, there were a lot of families with small children so if you're looked for a business atmosphere you should pick somewhere else. Others than that it was a good experience."

"While I was in the process of checking in the manager cancelled my reservation. The front desk staff had the reservation one minute then blamed Expedia for cancelling it the next. The manger came out and said she had actually just cancelled it moments ago. I asked why she would cancel my reservation as I was checking in and she said Expedia oversold the rooms. I asked her if every room was oversold since the day I reserved and paid for my room 8 months ago. She said she had to idea. Then told...

"The front desk person was awesome. One of the best I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Her name was Calela Savage. My recommendation is to make sure to keep her (promote her asap). She went up and above customer service norms."

"Staff was very racist. Rooms filthy. Hallways smelled horrible. For the money, I felt robbed."

"The hotel was close to where we needed to be. The lobby is nice enough but the hallways and walls were dirty. Our room had no vent in the bathroom. So anytime someone uses the bathroom it smells up the room the linens were itchy and the property was not well mai tained. The building looks dingy."

"With a cup of coffee and juice in hand from the grab-n-go breakfast area, along with some fruit, we returned to the nicely appointed suite and kitchenette to make our own fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff, clean suite, and a good value. Kudos!"

"Okay place to stay, no bugs, but no amenities either. Beds were comfortable but only double beds very small. Perfect for one person not two. No breakfast, pool or ice machine, pop machine not serviced. Great Chinese restaurants across the street within walking distance.. Counter staff was very kind and helpful."

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and worked perfect for our trip. There was one evening that the shower kept going off and on and the toilets kept getting backed up. They were filling the outside pool though, so that might have had something to do with it."

"Staff banged on door every morning @ check out. Even though we stayed multiple nights. We were not informed on breakfast times. Significant other went down to grab breakfast, plate snatched out of hand. Informed breakfast is over. Staff is rude and sexist. I paid for the room. They give guest complimentary snack, and room keys. I will never stay here again!!! "
