"The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!"

"Rooms were small but clean. Nice breakfast. Hotel at good location, close to restaurants, shopping and interstate. The weird thing was that we arrived at 2:40 pm and the gal at front desk said it would cost us $25 to check in then, as check-in wasn’t until 3:00! There were other people sitting in lobby, and at 3:00 when being allowed to check in, quite a few of them had “not so pleasant” words for the front staff desk. "Checking in- booked 2 rooms under 2 names but same reservation, the person checking us in only processed 1 room and had to be prompted to process the second room which was a king not the 2 queen bed room I had booked. The comforter had stains on it and room didn't look too clean. Went back to change right away but the staff was trying to assign rooms on different floors. Breakfast was terrible on first morning , over cooked for the eggs and the waffles were still frozen in the center. Better...

"Absolutely phenomenal hotel staff was great accommodations checking in to make sure everything's OK. All of that. I will recommend a stay for anyone and when I'm in the area again for my daughter's basketball tournament at spooky we will not be staying anywhere else but this location thanks again."
