"The staff was not very helpful we asked for towels serveral times but none were given to us even after talking with the staff saying they would bring us some. No room service for a two day stay"

"The hotel was ok. It needs updates. But for the price it was decent. The breakfast was not good though but if you need something real quick and don’t have time then it works, again the price is basically what you are getting. The staff was nice. There was trains though at times that was a little disruptive, I didn’t realize we were right by train tracks."

"Our room was spacious but somewhat shabby and musty: the curtains were torn and dirty, the couch had stains on it and the AC/heater in the bedroom didn't work. The room smelled of mildew and you couldn't open the windows to air it although we did run the fan when it was warm enough outside to. The staff were responsive and offered to move us as the AC/heater couldn't be fixed during our stay but they didn't have an available room in our desired configuration, so we stayed. The decor is odd as...

"Ernestine at checkin was delightful. Clean room with comfortable bedding. Fridge is handy, and a microwave would be a nice addition. Plenty of parking, but a long walk to parking. Only issue was noise. Traffic from the highway makes it difficult to sleep. Doors are very loud opening and closing, and noise from other rooms can be loud at night. Other than that would recommend."

"Very nice property. Our King Junior Suite had plenty of room. There was a nice seating area with a large workspace, TV, fridge, microwave, and sink. King bed was very comfortable. Bedroom had a door, which was nice. Room was clean with adequate amenities. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Only negative was the cooling in the room. We got very warm, as the outside temperature was upper 80s. Room was set to 65 and we were still too warm. Overall, very good and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there...

"The bathroom needs significant updating. There was not shampoo/conditioner available in our room. The rooms are nice sizes and have a couch with a pullout bed for extra people which is nice. "

"I could name a number of things, but to save you the reading, when I showered the next morning I held one of the “clean” towels up to the light, it revealed faint yellow stains from another guests piss. I dried off with my clean underwear :)"
