"The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The only negatives were that the outside was not bad but not pristine and it took a while to get checked in. To be fair they were pretty busy."

"Definitely not a 4.2! The room was not very clean. There were several dead bugs (not bed bugs). Candy and food behind the nightstand on the floor. Dust and cobwebs collecting in the corners of the room. Our sheets had a hole in them. Most of the towels we received either had hair stuck in them (gross!) or were threadbare and tattered. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the horrible accommodations! "

"Staff were friendly and polite. Room was not very well cleaned. Small curly black hairs all over especially in the bathroom. Tub was rusted and faucet dripped all night. Floors were scratched up and looked terrible. Beds shifted and walked across the floor if you moved at all. Appeared bug free though. It is advertised they have cribs/portable play yards and they do not. Definitely pet friendly. Heard multiple barking dogs all night as well as plenty of people outside our door talking and...

"We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of...
