"It was pretty good except that they could use more supplies for cooking. The water is disgusting. I was brushing my teeth and went to rinse my mouth out with the sink water. It was awful! The only filtered water is in the gym in the main building. FYI there is an ice machine in the main building that no one told me about. I discovered it on my own when I went to breakfast and had to find water machine in the gym. Since they didn't serve water with breakfast. Other than that it was a very nice...

"I would love to have given 5 stars as the staff was remarkable, the kickback and breakfast were good and the upgrade was nice. However, cleanliness for me is important. In the bathroom there was long black hair all over the shower curtain and tub. The bathmat was stained. It is hard to overlook these items so I couldn't give 5 stars. Kudos to Marcus at the front desk - very friendly and helpful. "

"Check in took forever since people ahead of us were unaware the pool was closed for painting and they had non refundable rooms and seriously disappointed children. Someone tnrew up in the elevator last night and it wasn't cleaned up this am. Ice machine on the main floor wasn't working. Just seemed a bit unloved."

"Our check-in was good. Our room was more than we expected and the parking was nice.. I would have liked to see fresh flowers in the pots in the outdoor pagoda area instead of the dead plants and dirt."

"It was clean. The only drawback is that the outside door did not lock. The sign said it would open with the key, but it opened freely. That, to me, is a safety issue. The keys demagnetized by being too close to our phones and we had to get them redone. Not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. The pool did not have towels. Glad we brought some from home. "
