The staff resolved a glitch in the reservation: their system showed a reservation of one room for two nights, while Expedia clearly showed a reservation for 2 rooms 2 nights. "The main thing that I look for in a hotel room is cleanliness. It was not clean. I took pictures but I am not going to post them. I knew it wasn't clean when we got there, but I was tired, and I said it was ok if they cleaned up the first area that we saw. They did, but as we were there longer, we kept finding more areas that were not clean and that were poorly maintained. I wish we would have said we couldn't stay. I would never stay there again. "Rooms smelled like dirty socks, very low water pressure. The hallways were like saunas, the staff was very difficult to communicate with because they were foreign. Stephanie was rude and argumentative towards our complaints. The breakfast consisted of frozen biscuits, cold sausage and gravy, sausage patties that were like rubber, and waffle mix for Belgium waffles. The only edible thing was the waffles."

"Very clean hotel, with very helpful staff. Nice lobby and outdoor seating area for groups. I would have said excellent, except the shower head was faulty, and the TV setup was not good."

"We only stayed one night. Check in was less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly. It's located close to different places to eat. My only complaint is the location of the elevator."

"Beds clean and very soft. Bathroom wa clean. Nice storage space in rooms for suitcases and phone charging. Our blind in our room was broken and wouldn't go up for sunlight in the morning. Breakfast was good but they were not prepared for our team and many of us had cold cinnamon rolls and no eggs/meats/pancakes."

"The room is great! Very spacious. The bathroom is of a standard size and was very clean. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, and the small shop at the front desk was nice. I can't really talk about the bar or restaurant since I didn't use those features. The pool was under construction when I stayed and staff mentioned it wouldn't be open for 3 more months, nor was the fitness room open. Overall the hotel is great, and i would stay again."
