"Great location in a quiet neighborhood and right on the Rock River! Tanzie was a great host. Pretty much everything we needed we found was already there! Great location very close to several state parks and nature preserves. If you enjoy nature, this is a great spot to stay. Close to everything!"

"Kelly is wonderful. Very kind and understanding. I was concerned that the neighborood on the dock might be a whoop-it-up loud all-night-long kind of party crowd (and I am VERY boring), but everyone was going-out-of-their way charming and kind. Overall - it was lovely. Highly recommend it. Perfect getaway. "

"Great house for a nice getaway. Plenty to do onsite to keep you occupied. Fantastic outdoor patio area with woods behind the house. 2-person jacuzzi tub was fantastic too. Beds were comfortable, and house was nicely decorated and stocked with essentials. Plenty of seasoned firewood for inddor and outdoor use.Had a very minor hiccup with check-in, which was not the owners fault. The space was as described and the pool was terrific. We enjoyed being in a smaller town where we could see stars at night but close enough to Rockford with plenty of things to do. "

"Out of half a dozen or so cabin rentals, this one is the absolute best. It's clean, uncluttered, quiet, and huge! Water was hot, heater worked really well (it was a very cold week) and the kitchen worked well. Beds were comfy too. I can't say enough good things about this place!"
