Subject: Complaint Regarding Recent Stay at Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao
Dear Sofitel Shanghai Hongqiao Management Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience during my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the level of service and room maintenance fell far below the standards I have come to expect from the Sofitel brand.
During my stay:
• There was no safe provided in the room.
• Tea cups were not replaced or cleaned daily.
• Bedsheets were not changed, even after several days.
• The staff attitude was unhelpful and unprofessional, and overall service quality was very poor.
These issues made my stay quite uncomfortable and left a very negative impression. I chose Sofitel because of its reputation for high standards in hospitality and guest care, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues with your housekeeping and service teams. I would also appreciate an explanation and any gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused.
