2/10, Horrible

Hardly anyone except the front desk staff speaks English.
After checking in, the staff member who showed me to my room only came partway, then pointed toward a room that wasn’t even visible — up the stairs and to the left — and explained in Chinese.
There was no bathrobe in the room.
The TV turned on, but no channels were available.
There were no instructions or manuals for the room facilities anywhere.
The Wi-Fi password wasn’t written anywhere in the room, and the front desk didn’t provide it either.
When I tried to call the front desk from the room phone to ask, I found the phone was broken and couldn’t connect to anything.
I had booked a plan that said “朝食(無料),” which means “Breakfast (free)” in Japanese. However, the next morning, the restaurant staff told me I had to pay an additional charge.
I went back to my room, brought a printed copy of my Expedia booking confirmation to the front desk, and only then was I finally allowed to have breakfast without paying extra.
I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport for my early morning flight, but I ended up wasting a lot of time.
