The staff at reception desk and breakfast were excellent. The hotel offers shuttle service to and from Pudong Airport which is handy. And metro station is within walking distance about 10 mins to catch Metro 2 line. One improvement needed is the chambermaids need to report to management which in turn can inform maintenance about any repairs warranted. Our first night stay encountered a bathroom with water damage and mold was developing. On checkout, we informed hotel management of the concern and was promised the room we would be getting upon return from our 8 days tour will not have that problem. Our next stay was a pleasant one. But again cleaning staff needs to report deficiency- there was a big gap between the shower door and its frame. We precauriously showered in such a way so water would not shoot out through the gap. We reported again at checkout. If nothing is done, water damage again can happen.
