Note: Our property is nestled in the beautiful mountains, offering stunning views and a cozy retreat. During winter months, weather conditions can make driveways, sidewalks, and decks slippery. Please use caution when entering or leaving the property. Ensure you have a reliable vehicle equipped for winter weather, as mountain roads may require 4WD or snow chains during heavy snowfalls.

The best way to navigate Pigeon Forge and the surrounding areas is by personal car. This allows for maximum flexibility and ease of travel to local attractions, dining, and outdoor activities..
Rental Car:
If you didn't bring your own vehicle, consider renting a car. There are several rental agencies in Pigeon Forge and nearby Sevierville. This option offers the freedom to explore at your own pace.
Trolley Service:
The Fun Time Trolley is a great, budget-friendly way to get around Pigeon Forge and to nearby areas like Dollywood, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. With stops at major attractions, shopping centers, and dining spots, it’s convenient and offers a local experience.

Pigeon Forge has a Trolly-System that is super fun, We recommend all guests give it a ride once while they are in town!
When booking on most platforms there is a credit card charge. When/if canceling according to the cancelation policy you should receive a full refund MINUS the charges from the payment processer. This is charged by them for using their service and we do not have it to refund. Please be aware. Thank you.

While our property aims to be pet-friendly, we currently only accommodate dogs. To prioritize the safety and comfort of all guests, we have some breed restrictions in place as required by our insurance policy. We also kindly ask that your dog weighs no more than 65 lbs.
Please note that our pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed on the property. If you add one pet to your reservation, the system will only apply the fee for a single pet. If you plan to bring a second pet, the additional $75 fee will need to be settled separately. In that case, please be sure to reach out to us directly so we can document the second pet on your reservation and assist with the payment process.

Please note that our cabin is located in a mountainous, wooded area, and it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as beetles, ants, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we have regular professional pest control and thorough cleanings, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural setting. Thank you for your understanding!
