"Great value for money. Especially for families with little kids. The big water park is alot of fun - the kids couldn’t get enough of it. However, little blemish is that the A/c was leaking and the internet was spotty. Helpful friendly staff the 3 BR apartment was sizable for a family of 5. Car rental upstairs reception was very convenient. Again good value."

"We stayed at this property for 9 nights. Although it is a nice property, it misrepresented its amenities in the Expedia posting. The posting lists two pools and a beach, both of which are correct. However, it doesn't mention that you need to purchase drinks/food from the two restaurants to use the amenities. That was at least $30-$40 daily just for drinks for the three of us. In addition, one of the two pools is gated for a handful of higher-priced rooms and not open to all property patrons."

"Their " beachfest" the day we arrived was a very obnoxious loud rapper artist that went on till 3am, called reception at 1am , not helpful. This is a monthly event. No hot shower for 1st 3 days, staff was rude when repeatedly asked for them to fix it. They offered a late check out last day. Won't go back again. Too bad because location was great"
