It's literally right next to a subway station, in front of a bus station, and Emart (equivalent of QFC) is down the block. It's located on the second floor about 14steps is all you need. An electronic kiosk is at the end of the stairs, with 4 languages...

"Great hotel — very convenient location on the subway line (especially to/from the airport), and the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options (I didn’t purchase the option with breakfast included initially, but ended up going to the buffet breakfast every day for the 5 days I was there because it was so good). The gym is small with minimal equipment (no barbells or smith machine). I didn’t try the pool myself but it looked like it was a decent size. "

Close to metro, lots of shops, food etc. Near university so many are young and beautiful. Clean area and room. Kitchen and dining area are convenient. Feels very safe. Keyless lock (need code) Cons: Keyless lock (out of luck if your phone is out of power), several people had to try multiple times. I could hear them trying the front door from 2 floors up. I don’t know...
