"The place was clean and everything was good, but nobody told us that the water smelled so bad. We had to go buy bottled water in Iceland, even just to brush our teeth. We only stayed for one night, and we couldn’t shower because the smell of the water was so strong. It would have been helpful to know about this beforehand."

"beautiful views of reykjavik and the hot tub was a huge plus. beds were super comfortable and the space overall was cozy. we didn’t really use the kitchen all that much but it had the essentials. location was prime - we walked to major stops easily from the apartment and the rainbow road/restaurants were super close. parking was not as bad as we thought. there was paid parking available if we did not have access to the spot for the penthouse. overall great spot for adventuring and for relaxing...

"We had the Two-Bedroom Apartment - Bergstadastraeti Twelve unit. The location of the apartment was excellent, right in the downtown area. There is a grocery store around the corner. The unit itself was very clean and a good size though I will say the description of Bedroom Two of 'One Queen Bed and One Twin Bed' is misleading - our plan was to use this bedroom for Three (Two adults and One child) so the living area was not a sleeping area. However, Bedroom Two included a bed plus a fold up...
