It was exactly as advertised: a studio apartment big enough for a family of four. Liked that there was a cell-size frig and ability to cook food. Bonus is around the corner. There is some construction noise, but it was not bother. Good communication with owner.

The apartment needs paper towel for the kitchen :) Parking wasn't that bad but sometimes we had to wait, in the car,for a vehicle to leave.

Location was excellent, grocery store around the corner and having a well equipped kitchen was helpful. Quick walk to everywhere we wanted to go, free parking was competitive, but accessible. Once construction completes next door, it will be much better, but they only worked business hours, so it wasn’t terribly disturbing. I would stay here again on a return trip.

The apartment was spacious, well stocked, very well located and clean. A great place to stay with kids; they especially enjoyed the projection TV. Also there is a supermarket around the corner and that was super convenient for cooking and snacks.

Great room with convenient self check-in and check-out. Central location easy to access. The only drawback is there is no designated parking and street parking in the area was challenging to find.

The room was very clean and nearby to a grocery store. Shower water pressure was great. Room 304 had everything a person needed except the kitchen was a little short on cooking utensils but we made due. The bar in the hotel next door is very nice. The location was very close to everything in Reykjavik by car. Also only a 30 minute drive to Silfra by car. The Sky lagoon is only a 10 minute drive. The area is very quiet at night. There is construction noise from the building next door but it is going on during the day and we were exploring so we didn't notice it other than when we were having our breakfast. Overall we would stay here again and were satisfied with everything.

Good: Good location, kitchen is well equipped. Nice to have laundry facility on site. Bad: there are 2 big issues with the studio apartment. 1. One side of the wall is unfinished with a big hole and live wire exposed. 2. No smoke alarm installed, the alarm equipment is sitting in the drawer in no working condition.

Great location as Bonus supermarket was 1 min walk away. Great response from management. Can’t use the projector as it requires a cable connected to a lap top Parking can b challenging when returning late but not impossible. Walkable to town especially the local spa that’s very affordable. It has a local vibe friendly staff n users. Clean and not overcrowded with tourists like Blue Lagoon However the construction work outside the flat was terrible. The noise generated made u leave the flat n don’t return till after 5pm. Cannot relax or have a lie in due to the extreme noise level. Please check with management if the work is complete, otherwise I’d avoid it unless u want a noise filled holiday let.

Équipement de cuisine de base. Vous devez tout prevoir: sel, huile, etc, rien sur place. Le lit bibliothèque est inconfortable pour un long séjour. L'emplacement est idéal et le format du studio est parfait.

The communication prior to our stay was excellent. Staff were quick to respond to questions and concerns which made the stay much easier. There was some confusion with the check in instructions, but the staff were quick to help us and reset codes. A housekeeper inside the building was very helpful with getting into the flat. The only thing we were confused with was the oven use, there were no instructions, and any departure instructions.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and likely the one that came with the Murphy bed. The apartment was otherwise great! Outside the control of the property owner, the building next door was being renovated, and it was extremely loud but not during sleeping hours.
