"The toilet handle broke and we had to take the top off to flush. The person at the front desk didn't seem concerned and didn't apologize or anything like that. Just said ok we'll take care of that."

"Im not sure what I expected from my room but I asked for a king suite. The room was perfect. The size was quite comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t ideal, but I wasnt there for the breakfast. I do like the fact they had pineapple juice. Not a fan of microwaved sausage. All in all the room was great."

"The hotel (hallways, rooms, etc.) had a really weird smell to it—very musty. There were rooms with a bunch of broken furniture with the curtains open, which made me rather uncomfortable. The bathtub had crud in it and the ice bucket had opened (and leaking) packets of honey in it. It was obviously not cleaned very well, if at all. I would not recommend."
