The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis to easily visit locations like the imperial palace or the Bamboo Forest. "Incredible hotel, staff, and accommodations. The location is a hidden gem nearby so many restaurants where you don’t meet reservations just walk and you’ll find a great place to eat. We did not opt for breakfast as we wanted to explore the area. They have complimentary tea, coffee, and desserts in the lounge as well as wine and beer for a happy hour style.
