"Really nice stay that is quite close to the bamboo forest entrance. The owner ran the front desk and was so sweet. She left a heartfelt personalized card in our roommwith two perfect origami. The room was really great - she made us aware that there are limited views because of the location, but ymwe could still see the Arashkima forest from our balcony.

It is a perfect location if you are looking to wake up early and walk to the bamboo forest, you can be one of the first people there. Kenji also gave us recommendations of places to visit in the area that you otherwise may not have known about. "

It was hard to find dining at night because some restaurants close early and you have to cross bridge to search for other restaurants. Too many gnats flying around. Gnats were also in the rooms. The staff were really nice and very helpful and patient."

"La razón por la que elegimos este RYOKAN fue que todas las fotos y reseñas apuntaban a un lugar tradicional, con un jardin japones, tatamis, futones y puertas de madera y papel, no nos decepciono en lo absoluto, el lugar es lo que esperabamos, la atencion fue fenomenal y se respira una paz inmensurable. Es un lugar perfecto si quieres tomar un descanso del ajetreo típico del turista."

"Sublime ryokan, les photos étaient déjà très parlantes mais la réalité est encore mieux, parfait mélange entre tradition et modernité, la baignoire est merveilleuse, les lits sont confortables et le personnel extrêmement arrangeant.
