"The house is very well equipped in the kitchen & felt very welcoming. The backyard is huge & the creek sounds off the porch are so relaxing. There are a ton of stray cats to the point I wish the house was pet friendly. I had a cat meowing outside my window to get in one night. There should be a tv or speaker to play music in the front room. The eclectic feel of the house was great. Overall it was a great experience, I will go back."

"Breakfast great, pool great! Only thing was the room was pretty run down and bathroom had a lot of mold so I had to use an outdoor bathroom instead because I’m really allergic."

"This house was so roomy, airy and overall a great house for our stay in the Applegate area. We had a very peaceful and restful time at the property. Kitchen was perfect because we ate all our meals at the house. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare and serve all our meals. Close to Jacksonville, the Applegate river and wineries. The weather was perfect for exploring and hiking the area. We all agreed same place same time next year."

"Everything was perfect, the wagon is actually very large. The attention to detail was amazing. Everything was very clean. The bathrooms were perfect. Anything that they could think of to make your trip easy they thought of, and everything you could need is supplied. The attention to detail was fantastic. The owners are lovely people, the grounds are beautiful, the animals are friendly, and we can’t wait to go back this summer!"

"Knocked our socks off. Beautiful place, with animals in a green space and riverside hangouts on the Applegate. Lodgings next to the road, but that’s quiet at night and the river side is where you hang out.
The host has built something special, and she’s on it all the time. She’s also more than tidy, so less is more, which some of us love. Don’t miss the tiny towns on the west, Applegate, Provolt, and Williams. They’re tiny but friendly."
