"This hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel. Nothing worked in the room - refrigerator or television or safe. Hair dryer was broken. The tub was dirty and discolored. "Strangely a smokers cabin was booked while I never asked for it nor was it made clear at time of booking. Cabin was a bit smelly at first but the smell went away after ventilating the house good."
