"The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication."

"We paid $1700 rupees for Hyatt's air port p/u service. The driver suppose to be waiting for us with holding 'Hyatt sign' at the arrival gate. He didn't:( Instead, he texted us with his car plate number and suggested we find him among the hundreds of similar color cars at the crowded parking outside. This was very disappointing.
Our room's bathroom big mirror has very noticeable multiple dirty spots.
Staffs were very good courteous and polite."

"The hotel is grand and stunning. The service at the front desk is terrible, they were rude, claimed to misplace a reservation I made for my made. If I pay for a room, I expect it to be available and treated with respect. They took forever at checkin, took my card details. At the end they claimed not to have my details again. Very disappointing.
Breakfast at the buffet was unorganized, people just walking in and not forming a queue."
