Executive Hotel Pacific
The air conditioner did not work and we were not told about when we checked in. We did not find out until we got to the room. We should have been told at check time n.

Fairmont Olympic Hotel
Room service staff was rude. The delivered the food and forgot our utensils, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes to receive them. Dined in the restaurant, the food was cold by the time it was served. Definitely not worth the price that you pay. Valet service forgot to get our vehicle and waited ...
