"Haven't stayed in this hotel forever! We Loved our room on the 14th floor, spacious, clean and a bit of a view of the sound! Bed was extremely comfortable as well. No tub and shower water came out very rough like but doable. Excellent location to everywhere we wanted to be. Yes, to staying here ..."

"Well, I guess the best thing you can say about it is it’s convenient The bathroom was really awful hard to adjust the shower The rooms are very small There’s no elevator so be warned The other good thing was the parking was free Snug but free"

Staypineapple, Hotel FIVE, Downtown Seattle
"Their customer service is awful. They came in trying to clean my room on check out day at like 8am. Then when I asked for an extension due to this they said I guess like 10 more minutes ?! I saw another woman at the counter frustrated as well over their service."
