"Our house was damaged in Hurricane Helene and this was the perfect getaway. The beds were comfortable (very important) the deck was relaxing and the appliances were much better that you typically find. Gas stove made for some good cooking. We stay at Seabrook a couple of times a year and this was the best property. The bathrooms could use updating, but perfectly fine/ clean and usable. "

"Chic, cozy, well appointed. Comfy beds. Katt was awesome— in touch, accommodating and generous. Great beaches, bars and restaurants, and riding bikes (Folly Beach Adventures delivers and picks up!) around the island was an absolute delight. A recent storm had knocked down fencing and the outdoor shower— work was quickly done while we were there during unobtrusive hours."

"The location is excellent, cannot be beat, and that alone deserves 5 stars. It is a classic Charleston home with all the charm. Bathrooms and kitchen are all updated, which is nice. Also surprising, was how comfortable the beds were. Having private, tucked away parking, that was also priceless. Would we stay here again and recommend this place? Sure!"

"We had a great time staying at this property. The location is great and it’s perfect for a long weekend. My one complaint is that the cleaners were standing on our porch ready to come in and clean a full hour before our departure time at 10am. This made checkout a bit more complicated as they had stuff on the porch very much in the way as 10 of us were trying to pack and ready the apt for check out. "

"Our son and his fiancé got married and we wanted to stay close to the venue, close to King Street, and in a place with the charm of Charleston. This place hit ALL THREE of those! Easily walkable to food, drinks, shopping, and nightlife - and BEAUTIFUL!! So nicely appointed and maintained there were multiple old fireplaces, natural wood floors, high ceilings, top end appliances and gorgeous restrooms. It was such an enjoyable property - we LOVED IT!!"
