"The check-in was great and Staff like Marcel at the front desk were super helpful. Our ocean view was fantastic. Unfortunately though, my room was very dirty. I found a used napkin hanging on the wall by the picture frame. Additionally once my family wanted ice, I looked at the ice holder, only for the lid’s rubber o-ring to be completely covered with disgusting black mold...Besides that the room was very outdated with torn up chairs and rusty lamps. The phone did not even work when we wanted...

"I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to...

"This property has many amenities. Unfortunately, we came on a holiday weekend for which they were totally understaffed for. They could not keep up with anything, but much of it was due to the customers gone wild. There were so many kids in each pool throwing balls, no one could get in without getting hit. And, the water in the pool was nasty dirty. There were no towels, and large groups housed the tables all day, BBQs, etc - even spread on the beach going back and forth with XXX music blaring...
