"This condo was perfect! It's spacious, clean and located the perfect location for ease of access to stores and beaches, but far enough down to be quiet and relaxing. It sits on the top floor of a complex, so you get a nice outside deck to enjoy the evenings. I stayed a few nights with my family. "I had a perfect 3 night stay. House was just as listed. Lots of beach supplies. Nice quiet block by the beach but quick walk to everything you’d want. Would absolutely stay again! "

"Check in process was super easy. We were central to major bars and restaurants. The parking was super helpful and we were a great distance from the beach. Like a 2 minute walk!! I don’t have many complaints. Only thing I could say was we happened to drop something under the bed and it was quite dirty with dust. "

"Armando and family’s bungalow is a wonderful stay in SIC for my family. Mother’s Day weekend again was fantastic with an updated kitchen that was fully equipped; comfortable bedrooms and a shed with bikes great for the boardwalk and a family trip. Even my fur baby, my dog Calvin, thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Thanks a million !!!"

"We had a brilliant long weekend down the Shore! There was plenty of room for little kids and adults to enjoy the house. We appreciated the inclusion of linens, etc. in the rental (not always the case down the Shore). The location is ideal, and the sunsets are not to be believed. "

"Owner advertises use of garage but extremely tight because he tries to rent bikes which limits the ability to use garage. He sent maintenance personnel on Labor Day for maintenance we didn’t request with the expectation that we drop everything and move our cars."

"Absolutely loved St. Monans and the house, it was the cutest, very clean and comfortable, an amazing location close to the water. We would definitely stay here again. Locals were very friendly and welcoming. Walked to the next town over, met great people, ate at local pubs and cafes and highly recommend Giddy Gannet for the Wee Porker and Latte. Stay in the small town over the big city you won’t regret it. We were there for 2 weeks and would have stayed longer just because the house was perfect....
