"Very nice. Loved the carport (it kept us dry when loading up), the covered back patio with fishing pole stands, and the overall interior decor. The bed was very comfy. Being that this was Memorial day weekend, the boat traffic was heavy and loud, but inside it was noticibly quieter. The only drawbacks were having only one light in the bedroom and no nightstands. Having a side lamp next to the couch would be nice for reading. "

"We had no problems getting our boats through. Kids fished in kayaks and we could see them and not worry. Its quiet and peaceful. If you are planning on having more than 4 or 5 plan during a season people can sleep on the large enclosed porch. Two of our bunch slept out there and we had no problems. Screen doors lock. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

The upstairs screened in patio was fun to enjoy the river view and the bottom deck on the water was relaxing.The home was well decorated and very clean. "This property was great and we had a wonderful time. The property managers were easy to get in touch with and fantastic hosts. We had a blast fishing and just relaxing on our vacation and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing trip. It was extremely nice to have two canoes on the property to use as well. The hosts did a great job of having dishes, seasonings, condiments and other things available for their guests, which was much appreciated. Great trip overall!"

"We found the house to be rustic-modern. Great retreat for our family as we fished on Caddo. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the property amenities like the canoes and lake front across the street, but it was a big part of the decision to be rent. Comfortable living room for all of us and good wifi made movie watching while off the lake a nice treat (and helped us tackle a remote day working without skipping a beat)."
