"You cant through to the front desk. Number gets cut off. I emailed and texted them that i will he there at 11am to 130pm only. Then i show up and there is no room available until 130pm. Then i tried to get a refund. They told me expedia has to initiate it. But expedia cannot get through to the phone. So im still waiting for my refund. "

I showed her the confirmation and the paid receipt and she just told me that I had to wait. I already paid online. So I waited an hour and a half for them to give me a key. I got no apology. Then it was checkout time and I was running a little behind because of the late check in and the cleaning lady was very rude I took all my bags out of the room and put them outside the door. I...

"Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. "
