"We were very happy about our stay. We loved the hotels location next to many attractions. It felt safe and although it was new years and loud at night we found the hotel well insulated to keep out the noise and keep in the heat. The bed was comfortable and the shower’s were hot.
The hotel staff was very attentive with special mention to Thomas who was very professional and kind.
We ate often at the coffee shop and had new year’s dinner at the restaurant. That would be my only issue was...

"The family really enjoyed the stay here. 5 minutes to the U2 station, many good restaurants and beer garden in the area. Safe, quiet at night, great area to walk around even with young kids. Apartment was clean and and the patio was great. Would love to stay here again."

"US family (2 adults, 2 young children) and 2 friends in town for the Berlin marathon. Overall, the property accommodated all of us well and I was very pleased! Pros:Great location, nice neighborhood in proximity to various restaurants, markets/grocery stores, and metro. Overall property was clean, adequately stocked bathroom & kitchen, and enough towels and blankets for our stay. We stayed 3 nights so you'd definitely need more towels beyond that. Washing machine was available but no way to dry...

"Had a really comfortable stay, Johnathan on the front desk was very welcoming. Accommodation was so spacious and bed was really really comfy. Shower was excellent too. So close to many historic sites, and found a couple of decent restaurants nearby. Overall would definitely stay again if I come back to Berlin."

"Clean apartment, all you need in the kitchen (tea towel, kitchen roll, coffee pods, tea bag’s), plenty of toilet roll, shower gel in bathroom. 10 minutes walking distance to alexanderplatz - great transport connections there. Easy check in and entry to apartment.
Very spacious - family with 2 adult daughters!
I would definitely recommend. "

"It’s a digital hotel so make sure you download the NUMA app so you can easily gain access. And it ain’t the easiest to find but once you know where it is, you know.
But it’s spacious and clean.
Location was good but could be a little noisy at night with why I think were cleaners doing the local streets but why at such an ungodly hour?? Still not the hotels fault. All up it’s close to transport, very roomy and good value. "

"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

"Super Lage, schöne Wohnung, sauber und gute Kommunikation. Zahlung & CheckIn mit Ausweis erfolgt direkt über die Unterkunft, nicht via Expedia (in seperaten Mails der Unterkunft, mit eigenem Zahlungslink \ CheckIn Link). Wirkt zwar zunächst seltsam (insbesondere da man ja auch von ähnlichen Fishing Methoden hört), war aber letztlich alles problemlos und korrekt. Der Kontakt war stets sehr freundlich & schnell. "
